General Information
Novalex Press offers all of its articles in full open access under a Creative Commons (CC BY) license. Providing proper credit to the original writers allows both the scientific community and the general public to access Novalex Press papers indefinitely, free of charge, and instantly. The content is available for reuse without any limitations.
Authors who have their work accepted after peer review pay a one-time article publishing charge (APC) to help us keep our great publishing service and readers’ free access going. There are no application or rejection fees, and there are no extra charges for longer articles, figures, or extra data. For free, you can read editorials, corrections, additions, retractions, notes, comments, and other types of editorials.
What APCs cover is as follows:
• The editing process encompasses peer review, author modifications, and the final decision-making. The bulk of this process is managed by the internal team at Novalex Press, allowing editorial board members to concentrate on their research and make significant scientific decisions. to convey appreciation for the valuable contributions provided by editorial board members and reviewers.
• They are granted APC waivers and discounts from Novalex Press. The administrative tasks associated with rejected articles are likewise encompassed by the APCs.
• Article production encompasses a range of services, including professional language editing, typesetting, formatting, and the creation of documents in PDF, XML, HTML, and Epub formats.
• Facilitating the hosting and dissemination of articles: maintaining websites and engaging with indexing databases.
• The management of the journal encompasses overseeing the editorial board and website, in addition to actively promoting the journal within the scientific community.
• We ensure that all IT, production, and journal management responsibilities are handled internally, and we are committed to minimizing overhead and administrative expenses to the best of our ability.
Publishing Fee :
Accepted Forms of Currency
Payments are accepted in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), or pounds sterling (GBP). An email containing a link to adjust the invoice’s currency will be dispatched to the corresponding or submitting author upon acceptance.
Approved Payment Methods
• Kindly consult our Payment Instructions for detailed guidance on the invoice payment process.
APCs are required to be settled within a timeframe of five to ten business days.
• Following acceptance, invoices will be dispatched via email to the designated payment contact provided by the authors. We do not authorize any other individuals to collect the APCs. Novalex Press, being the sole service provider, does not bear responsibility for the actions of other parties.
• To ensure that Novalex Press receives the full amount billed by third parties, we kindly request that customers cover the fees for both the sending and receiving banks when processing wire transfers.
