Return, refund, and cancelation
Using NOVALEX PRESS’s services, the customer has the following cancelation rights: The customer has the right to remove the article and renounce the expressed wish to fulfill the contract at any moment the article is under evaluation (peer-reviewed).
Once the article has been approved for publication, the customer cannot undo it. NOVALEX PRESS has to get back whatever benefits or interests the client acquired before the termination.
/ As NOVALEX PRESS is rendering services to a customer, the following cancellation rights apply: NOVALEX PRESS has the right to reject the article at any stage and nullify the conclusion of the contract without stating a cause. Under these Terms and Conditions, both parties are relieved from all previous obligations following the cancellation through NOVALEX PRESS. Should the customer have paid any service fees already before the contract was revoked, they will be fully refunded. Should the consumer pay more than NOVALEX PRESS billed, any bank costs or transaction fees will be deducted from a partial refund of the excess money; each case will be handled separately. NOVALEX PRESS will only repay authors in exceptional circumstances after an article is published.
Withdrawal of Article
Articles that are found to contravene publishing ethics guidelines, such as multiple submission, false claims of authorship, plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, or the like, may be “withdrawn” from the journal. Articles that have been accepted for publication or published as E-pub ahead of schedule but have not yet been formally published with volume/issue/page information are included in this category. In accordance with the Editorial Policies of SSE, withdrawal involves the removal of the article files and the replacement of them with a PDF that confirms the article’s removal from the journal.
Article Retraction
Retracted publications are those that have been published and contain volume, issue, and page information. These publications may have violated professional ethical standards, such as plagiarism, multiple submissions, false claims of authorship, fraudulent data use, and similar offenses.
A retraction note designated “Retraction: [article title]” is signed by the authors and/or the Editor-in-Chief. This note is included in the paginated section of a subsequent edition of the journal and is referenced in the contents list.
The electronic edition contains a hyperlink to the original article
The online story is preceded by a screen that displays the retraction note. The observer can access the article after the link redirects to this screen.
With the exception of a watermark on each page of the.pdf document that indicates that it has been “retracted,” the original content is preserved in its entirety.

Errors and Corrections in Publicly Published Articles
Writers and readers are encouraged to reach out to the Editor-in-Chief if they encounter any questions regarding the validity of a publication, or if they discover errors in published content, author identities, and affiliations. After consulting with the authors and the editor-in-chief, the journal may either replace or withdraw the article or publish an ERRATUM in specific circumstances
