Reviewers Guidelines
Reviewers Guidelines
The peer review procedure is the primary mechanism that ensures the Journals of Novalex Press continue to produce high-quality publications.
Peer review is employed to ascertain whether a paper is suitable for publication. In this scenario, the most suitable individuals to conduct the review are experienced evaluators. Before a manuscript is published, it is evaluated by a minimum of two reviewers. In the majority of instances, the editors who are responsible for the project suggest potential reviewers. Scientific journals prioritize effective peer review.
Guidelines: • Responding to the editor’s assignment and actively engaging in it.
submitting the evaluation comments by the deadline.
• maintaining the impartiality of the review process and the confidentiality of each item of work submitted for evaluation.
• The reviewer is encouraged to contact the overseeing editor if they require assistance from a colleague regarding the manuscript review prior to taking action.
• notifying the editor of the conclusion of the review process and providing the managing editor with recommendations for the final decision on the manuscript.
• refraining from personal criticism and providing the author with relevant feedback, as the author should be permitted to make revisions.
• The author’s intellectual independence should be respected, and the research work’s assets and weaknesses should be discernible.
• Impropriety will not be tolerated in accordance with the review policies.
• ensuring that the procedure is completed on time by incorporating new reviewers into the board.
